Payment Methods and Timing
Payment Method: Credit card payment is available.
Payment Timing: Payment is finalized at the time the order is confirmed.

Product Delivery Timing
After the order is confirmed (after payment is verified), it will take approximately "3 to 18 business days" for the product to be delivered.
*Depending on order status, it may take more than 18 business days.
*If an order is placed during holidays such as weekends, public holidays, Golden Week, Summer holidays, or Winter holidays, it will be processed starting from the next business day.
*Please note that orders are placed only after payment is confirmed.
Shipping Fees
*Free shipping on purchases of 7,500 JPY or more.
*We cannot combine orders or refund shipping fees after an order has been completed.
*If the total amount falls below 7,500 JPY (tax included) due to the use of a coupon, a separate shipping fee will be charged.

Returns
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience.
Colors of product images may appear differently depending on the user's viewing environment.
In the unlikely event that the product received differs from the order, is damaged during transit, or is defective, please contact us within 3 days of arrival. We will provide an exchange or a refund.
Please note that in some cases, we may be unable to provide an exchange if the same item cannot be sourced. In such cases, we will provide a refund.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
・More than 3 days have passed since the receipt date
・The product has been used
・The product was returned without prior notice
・Product tags (laundry instructions, product boxes, accessories, etc.) have been damaged or discarded
・Thread finishing issues occurring during mass production or fraying in inconspicuous areas
・Chalk marks that can be easily removed
・Folding creases
・Unique dye odor inherent to the material due to the production process
・The product was soiled or damaged by the customer
・The product has been washed, altered, repaired, or dry-cleaned after receipt
・The product shows signs of having been worn
・Customer convenience (e.g., color, size, or image differs from expectations)
